Spoon Customs, WyndyMilla and Gun Control Custom Paint operate out of humble but fast expanding workshops on a farm in Surrey, 6 miles away from Guildford centre and mainline train station.
Here we design, finish and build award winning carbon, steel and aluminium bikes for customers all over the world.
The company has just closed a funding round and is expanding operations to meet growing demand for it’s bespoke, handmade, custom bikes.
We are also in the process of near shoring more aspects of our production with the aim of producing steel bikes and our forthcoming E-bike in house by end 2024. You will also work on new brands and pipeline products which we’ll add to the portfolio as we expand.
To grow our team, and service the growing demand for our bikes we want to fill a number of roles, including:
Full or Part time Mechanic:
With experience of high-end builds (up to 32k pro rata).
Workshop Assistant/Project Assistant:
Experience not necessary as full training will be provided.
Up to 23k.
Key Account and Project Manager
Experience essential, but applicants are welcome from non-cycling related businesses.
Circa 35-45k depending on experience.
Social Media / Brand Manager
With experience in a content led, purpose driven, sports or lifestyle brand marketing operation.
25-35k depending on skills and experience.
For all roles:
We need self starters and team players who solve problems and get work done.
You must possess a flexible, hands on approach with a strong work ethic.
An interest in purpose driven start ups, cycling and or custom bike fabrication is a must.
Enthusiasm, creativity and attention to detail in your work will trump experience.
An absolute commitment to exceptional customer experience is a pre-requisite.
